Meetings and Receptions
If you would like to hold a small meeting or reception at the AMS meeting 9-12 November 2017, please fill out this form. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those organizations which traditionally hold meetings in conjunction with the AMS. If additional information is required, we'll be in touch; and further information regarding your event will be communicated to you by mid-June. The deadline for inclusion in the preliminary program is June 1, 2017.
The deadline for inclusion in the printed program is 15 August, 2017.

Additional Information: All meetings taking place at the conference venues must be arranged through the AMS office; please do not communicate with the hotels or convention center independently for room assignment or room changes.
Billing Information: An administrative fee ($60 per hour) is assessed if minimum meeting catering ($200) is not ordered. An invoice for these charges will be sent per "Billing Instructions" as provided within 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting. Payment will be due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Early invoices will be sent upon request.
Catering: Catering instructions will be sent to all individuals and organizations requesting meeting space. All catering is provided by the conference venue.
