AMS Annual Meeting, Quebec City 2007
Information for Quebec 2007 Volunteers:
Orientation Sessions: Please do your best to attend one of these informational sessions.
Thursday morning, 1 November, at 7:30
a.m.
Staff Office
(Quebec City Convention Center, Room 2102AB)
We'll cover the various things that need to be
covered, including handing out your registration materials. Light breakfast will
also be served.
Friday morning, 2 November, at 7:45
a.m.
Registration Desk (Quebec City Convention Center, 2000 Level)
We'll (quickly) cover the various things that need to be
covered, including handing out your registration materials.
If for any reason your schedule needs to be changed, please let me know as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made without a job failing to be completed.
Please review the Volunteer FAQ prior to arriving in Quebec.
Additional Opportunities:
I'm looking for one person to work at the Pomerium concert on Saturday evening. This person should be comfortable hooking up a laptop to an LCD projector and be familiar with PowerPoint presentations. The job will run approximately 7:15-8:15p.m. You will receive free admittance to the concert. Please email me if you are interested.
