Thanks to a generous contribution from Oxford University Press, the AMS OPUS Capital Campaign is again offering a new copy of Richard Taruskin, The Oxford History of Western Music (Oxford University Press, 2005; ISBN 9780195169799) to the highest bidder.

    In addition, we are auctioning the Encyclopedia of Popular Music, ed. Colin Larkin, 4th edn., 10 vols. (Oxford University Press, 2005; ISBN 0195313739)!

  Bids will be received via e-mail or in person at the AMS OPUS booth in the Quebec City exhibit hall. Bidding closes Saturday at 5 p.m., and the winner will be announced at the AMS Business Meeting and Awards Presentation later that evening. The AMS will cover shipping costs to get either set home to you, if you like!
