Meetings and Receptions in Nashville

Previously Scheduled Events: If you organized a meeting in conjunction with the AMS/SMT meeting in Los Angeles or the AMS meeting in Quebec City, the AMS staff will communicate with you during the month of April.

New Events: If you intend to organize a new small meeting or reception in conjunction with the AMS/SMT meeting, please submit the following information (fields marked with an asterisk are required):

Additional Info: All meetings taking place at the Renaissance Hotel or the Nashville Convention Center must be arranged through the AMS office; please do not communicate with the hotel or convention center independently. An administrative fee ($50 per hour) is assessed if meeting catering less than $200 is ordered.

Catering will be provided either from the Renaissance Hotel or the Nashville Convention Center. The menus below will give some idea of costs involved.

The printed program deadline is August 15, 2008.

Space will be allocated to requesters as long as it remains available--first come, first served. Get your requests in early!
