AMS/SMT Indianapolis 2010

Call for Joint AMS/SMT Session Proposals
Deadline: 5 p.m. EST, 15 January 2010

The 2010 Annual Meeting of the AMS will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, from Thursday, 4 November, to Sunday, 7 November. Formal session proposals for joint AMS/SMT sessions are enthusiastically invited.

Proposals for joint sessions must be submitted in their entirety to both AMS and SMT, following the general submission guidelines published in each society's CFP (links below), with the additional stipulation that papers be identified as representing "AMS" or "SMT" contributions to the program.

Submit paper copies (electronic submissions and faxes are not possible) to both addresses:

Each society's program committee will evaluate the appropriate papers for the proposed session. (The society identification is for evaluation purposes only, and will not appear in the final progam, should the proposal be accepted.) As with AMS formal sessions, the session must be accepted in its entirety for it to gain a place on the program.
