The AMS relies primarily on the generous and significant support of each member for the resources to do what we do.
Additionally, the AMS receives considerable financial assistance from the National Endowment for the Humanities to support its Music of the United States of America project, and the Society endeavors to support the NEH in their broad efforts to encourage humanities studies.
It is also important to acknowledge the generous support that the AMS receives from commercial and nonprofit organizations who attend our Annual Meeting exhibit and advertise in our publications.
